These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Saw That mobile and web application and related services (the "App"), operated by Gameday Labs LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Gameday Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You may use the App with an anonymous account or create an account with an email and password.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You own the content you create in the App (such as your logged games, notes, and photos). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you in order to operate the App and sync it across your devices. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to any photos you upload.
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the App; attempt to access other users' data; scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the App; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use the App in violation of any law.
The App displays public sports data from third-party sources, including the MLB Stats API. That data is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Saw That is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or any of its teams. All team names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameday Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD $50.
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the App at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
